THE ETRAMBIERS HOSPITAL.

In response to an appeal from the Countess of Liverpool for funds towards the provision of clothing for women and girl refugees at Etrambiers Hospital, the Mayoress will be grateful for any donations in cash. ’1 ho New Zealand Government has undertaken to partly provide for the upkeep of the hospital for a period of two years, and 1000 women and children arc arriving daily, who have been driven out of the r own country owing to occupation by the enemy.
