MANAWATU CARPENTERS' AWARD.
(Pas Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Nov. C. The Arbitration Court award has been filed in the ManawaUi Carpenters' and Joiners' dispute. The minimum wages to be, for journeymen Is Gd per hour; foreman on outside jobs Is per day extra. A war bonus has to be paid of 2d 1 per hour, and in the ease of apprentices Id per hour. Apprentices' wages to be, for the first year 10s per week, second year 1.55, third year £I, fourth year L'l ss, fifth year £1 15s per week. A proferrnci- to uju'onis/s clmtsii is included.
