RFSFRVFI) DECISIONS. The following- reserved decisions on yesterday's appeals were given:—Norman Ham. dairy farmer. Linton ; John Spelm.-in, farmer, Ratimai; and Ebornezer Macaul-sy, farmer. Rangiolu.—Adjourned till the April silting ot the Board. Edward Alexander, farmer, Table Flat.--The Board reserved its division sine dip, with suspension from military duties in the meantime. UNDER. AGE. Collin (runpbell McDonald, lanit ert’et, Marten, appealed on the grounds that:, he was not, a reservist. Appellanl slated that lie was 20 years, of age on November 4th and piodiiced a birth cert ideal e, —The appeal was allowed. Frank Edlin, flaxentter, Eoxion; Francis Raymond, Tokomaru: and ltd.
