WHEN ENGLAND FALLS.
HOW TO BE FRIGHTFUL. INSTRUCTIONS TO FRITZ. (Delayed Cable.) LONDON, Oct. 17. % Among the German prisoners, especially of the latest classes, are some cases of hunger typhus, says Mr Perry Robinson (Times’ correspondent in Flanders). Manuals have been found on these prisoners instructing them how to bo have when England is captured. Mayors should be taken, and should be kept as hostages, and villages requisitioned for 900 sausages or fined £SOO if the inhabitants conceal food.
The prisoners confess that they do not expect ever to use this valuable work.
