WELFARE OF CHILDREN.
CAMPAIGN IN LONDON. (Per Prbss Association.) DUNEDIN, Nov. 3. Dr. Truby King has received cable advice from Izard Plunket advising him that, the financial arrangements proposed by Dr. King have been approved, and that the committee propose to obtain a hospital and accommodation for mothers in the outskirts of London, to be worked on the Karitane lines; also that Marlborough School of Mothercraft, for educating women engaged in fbe welfare of the work, will be at the doctor’s disposal, and that a Mother’s Wei come Club for demonstrating has been purchased in a poor district of London and will bo established before the doctor’s arrival. Dr. Truby King expects to leave the Dominion at the end of the year or early in the Now Year.
