CONVERSION OF TRUST MONEYS.

(Peb Pbess Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 1. At the Supreme Court criminal sittings, Alfred Ernest Craddock, convicted yesterday of fraudulent conversion of trust was further charged with the conversion of the following sums: From trustees Trench a estate, £566 10s; W. J. Trench, £7O; Samuel Gallagher, £250; and P.dwanl Adkins, £292. Accused pleaded guilty to tho charges in the Trench estate, and W. J. Trench. In connection with the other cases, in which accused pleaded not guilty, no evidence was offered, and a formal verdict, of not guilty was returned. Craddock was sentenced to three years on each charge on which he was found guilty, tho sentences to run concurrently.
