German newspapers state that General Krobatins' army is advancing on the Upper Tagliamento, threatening to outflank tho Italians on lower Tagliamento. LONDON, Oct. 31. All British guns on the Italian front wero saVC<J " ROME, Oct. 31. Signor Orlando has telegraphed to Cadorna assuring him that the faith of tho Italian people in the army and its leader i s unshaken. The enemy and tho world shall know that the Italians in their hour of trial have settled their differences, and are inexorably resolved to free their country from the invaders. GERMAN SOLDIERS MUTINY. Received November 1, 2.45 p.m. AMSTERDAM, Oct, 31. German soldiers at Beverloo camp, including veterans, mutinied when ordered to the front. The mutineers fired on the officers and destroyed their rifles. They wero subsequently overpowered and despatched to an unknown destination. Soldiers guarding the frontier at Bochold are reported to have deserted. GERMANS FEAR AIR RAIDS. Received November 1. 2.25 p.m. AMSTERDAM. Oct. 31.
