Malvy, the former Minister of the Interior, ,of selling the plans of tho Chcmin dcs Dames offensive to tho Germans. Tho Petit Parisian stales that documents seized in the office of the Action I* rancaiuo prove that the Royalists for some time have boon preparing plans for fomenting manifestations of disaffection in the streets, particularly among tho poor, concerning tho cost of living. ARGENTINE WHEAT EXPORTS'. OTTAWA, Oct. 29. The Canadian Trade Commissioner at Buenos Ayres reports that tho Government has abolished tho stipulation under w'hioh tho Argentine agreed to ox port wheat to Britain in exchange for Canadian and Australian exports to the Argentine. The latter continues to export to Britain.
