At the sitting of the Appeal Court in the Beard case Mr Myers continued argument for the defence, dealing in detail with matters put forward by Mr Gray and supporting Mr Grab’s contentions. Ho referred specially to the fact that Rangi had independent legal advice and to the inadequacy of the consideration paid by Messrs Board and Channels for Mangatinu. Argument is unfinished
