Goodwin, claim £4 19s, costs 10s: E. Perry (Mr Lines) v. J. Kennedy, claim £24 6s 4d, costs £2 14s; 11. 1,. Young (Mr Fletcher) v. F. Rhodes, claim £22 15s. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. G. M. Farley (Mr Wither) v. Tom Foss, claim £ls 6s 6d: order made for payment forthwith, in default throe weeks’ imprisonment in Wanganui gaol; warrant to bo suspended while defendant pays 10s per week. A Rosenberg (Mr Moore) v. Jack iawhanguu, claim £ls 7s 3d; order made for payment forthwith at rate of 10s pei week, ‘in default three weeks’ imprisonment in Wanganui prison. DEFENDED CASES.

John Daniel C. Hill (Mr Moore) v. S. Olsen, claim £9 17s, made up of four weeks’ rent £6 due, one week in lieu ol notice £1 10s, crockery broken and missing £2 7s. Judgment was given for plaintiff’ for full amount with costs, £1 16S ‘ CLAIM FOR TRESPASS.

Dalrymple and Wilson (Mr limes) v. Kawana Hunia, claim £5 damages for tresNoel Wilson stated that defendant had trespassed, in company with other Maoris, on a take, situated on plaintiff’s property. The lake was a preserve, and defendant had been seen shooting on it. _He had been warned several times, but claimed the native right, and refused to give assurances that ho would not return. There was no appearance of the defendant, and the claim was allowed for £5 damages and costs amounting to £5 3s 6d.
