Howard Elliott delivered an address on Ihe objects of the Protestant Political Association. A resolution \\:is nnaninion-K carried rxpressing confidence in Mr Elliottas organiser, and supporting the prosecution ol the Association's objects. A resolution wfls also carried protesting against the action ol members of.the House who voted in favour of the exemption of teachers from the operations of the Military Service Act,
