'J ho escape of the Russian Fleet, from tha trap in Riga Hay is regarded as a remarkable feat, as 20 second-class Russian warships elu(ied 60 German warships, including super-dreadnoughts. It is interpreted to mean that either the Russians out-manoeu-vred the Germans, or the latter had another mutiny, seriously affecting the German morale.
