ELECTORAL REFORM IN HUNGARY.
ENFRANCHISING 3,500,000 NEW ELECTORS. Received October 25, 11.25 a.m. COPENHAGEN, Oct. 24. The Krouz Zcitung’s Vienna correspondent says the Government will introduce an Electoral Reform scheme in the Hungarian Chamber enfranchising three and a half millions, including three hundred thousand women. FOOD RIOTS IN AUSTRIA. Australian-Now Zealand Cable Association. BERNE, Oct. 23. Violent food riots have occurred at Vienna, Pressburg, Brunn, and Laibach. The rioters destroyed several munition factories, and the troops killed and wounded many rioters, mostly women.
