Bill was then read a third time a/id passed. - The- Napier Harbour Board empowering and vesting Bill (Sir John Findlay); the Napier High School Einpowe'ung Bill (Mr Brown); the•ChriM.churc'h Milk Supply and Markets Amendment Bill (Mr Ell): and the Nelson Harbour Board Empowering Bill (Mr A. T. H. Field); the Dunedin Waterworks. Extension-.Bill (Mr St.-itham) ; the Ilawke's Bay Rivers Amendment Bill (Sir John Findlay); the Wliakalane Harbour: Amendment. Bill (Hon.
