The Palmerston Club officially terminated its season on Saturday when the prize's for the season were presented by Mrs P. L. Sim, as follow s : —(,'liaiupionship, A. Seifert; runner-up, L. In a short speech, the President, Mr P. L. Sim, referred to the healthy condition of the club’s finances, due to donations by players and supporters, and also mentioned the excellent- work of the lion, secretary (Mr L. A. Abraham), green keeper (Mr Scliiavi), and caretaker (Mrs Schiavi), who were accorded votes of thanks for their services.
