Hook, both of Shannon, had been wounded in action We trust their wounds are not serious, and wish them a speedy recovery. A cablegram lias been received stating that Private Ken. Gardner, who was again seriously wounded, i- now improving Mesdi'mes Terry and Merwood. who have been holding dances during the winter mouths, to raise funds for the wounded soldicrs, handed over £8 Is 3d. the net proceeds, to the Patriotic Society.
