PETROGRAD IN THE WAR ZONE. GOVERNMENT TO BE MOVED TO MOSCOW. REVAL EVACUATED ON • THE 16th. Received October 20, 2.5 p.rn. PETROGRAD, Oct. 19. In, view of the now strategic situation bringing Petrograd into the, war zone, the Government takes measures for the evacuation of Petrograd. The Government will to Moscow. A. special Ministerial Com* mission lias been constituted to consider the evacuation, r I he constituent assembly will also meet in Moscow. Evacuation by the Government will not be precipitate. The preliminary Parliament will hold its first meetings in Petrograd, when the Government will explain the reason for the transfer to Moscow. The railway service is precarious owing to the lack of fuel and a further reduction of trains is foreshadowed. The I\owojo Wreinja states that the evacuation of Reval began on the 16th, owing to the danger of the enemy landing. Most of the inhabitants have gone into the interior.
