ANOTHER CABINET CRISIS.
EXPECTED DOWNFALL OF ITALIAN GOVERNMENT. Australian New Zealand Cable Association Received October 20, 1.5 p.m. ROME, Oct. 19. An acute Cabinet crisis has occurred’ and the Government’s downfall is believed . to bo imminent. The crisis has been j hastened by serious riots at Turin arising from the declaration that the provinces of 1 Alexandria, Genoa and Turin are within the war zone. The riots are mainly dup to the breakdown of the bread supply, for which tho Government has boon widely i blamed. COAL FAMINE IN ITALY. Receh •ed October 20, 9.40 a.m. J WASHINGTON, Oct. 19.. Advices from Rome state that a c oaf; famine in Italy is pending. There will bo I no coal for household use this winter. ;
