BEING APPLIED TO AEROPLANES. Received October 19, 10.30 a.m. , LONDON, Oct. 18. The Inventions Board experts have reported favourably on the New Zealand invention of a dry'gas-producing carburetter, and are now testing its applicability to aero, pianos. It is hoped it will materially increase its flying range. E. R. Goodwild, the inventor (a New Zealander), ,and H. C. Armstrong, of Sydney, have \offerexi the invention to the Government'-without remuneration.
