P.N. CITIZENS' LOYAL ASSOCIATION.

A meeting was hold last night. at-lbo Empire Jla.ll (by kind permission of Mr Devine) with the object of forming- an. Af.socir.tion, fhc aims of which are slated.in the Rules. The. meeting was cordial and harmonious in tbo extreme, and- alter a discussion, which lasted two hours/ it’ was unanimously agreed to form a “Palmerston, North Citizens Loyal Association,” with the following rules: 1. To encourage, promote, and strengthen a. spirit of patriotism, which must be thoroughly, British ancl‘ consistent with British history and traditions; 2.
