ANOTHER JOINT CAUCUS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 16. A joint caucus attended by over fifty members of tho House of Representatives as pledged supporters of the National Cabinet was held this morning, at which certain financial arrangements connected with soldiers’ allowances, submitted by the Government. were considered. The Premier states that the feeling displayed at the gathering w as most cordial and friendly, and a unanimous decision was arrived at regarding the proposals which the House will be called to sanction.
