CASEMENT PLOTS WITH GERMANY.
TO DESTROY CANADIAN-PACIFIC RAILWAY. Australian-New Zealand Cabin Association. Received October 11, 10.35 a.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 10. The State Department has published cablegrams sent to Count BerustoriT showing that Germany in 1916 proposed destroying the Canadian-Pacific railway by sabotage from tlio United States. The plot was instigated by Sir Roger Casement.
