WILSON'S PEACE TERMS.
NO ANNEXATION "BUT RESTITU*' TION. Received June 1, 11.50 a.m. ROME, May 31. The journal >Slauipa assorts that Pro sident Wilson’s message to Russia was despatched on Sunday and will shortly be published. President Wilson says peace must be without annexation or indemnity, but must include restitution, as an example. Alsace-Lorraine, Trieste and Trontino. America will demand reparation for Belgium.
AUSTRIAN SOCIALIST PEACE ) TERMS. t f Received June 1, 12.30 p.m. COPENHAGEN. May 31. The Austrian Socialist delegation to, Stockholm has issued a statement asserting that Austrians want peace without annexations, Or compensation, also independence for Belgium, Serbia, Montenegro, Finland, and Russian Poland. The settlement of the Balkans must bo left to the population thereof. Poles in Galicia and Prussia would he autonomous within the Austro-Gormun Empires. BERNE, May 31. According to Vorwacrta, the Stockholm Conference, which had been fixed for June 16. has been postponed till July.
