AUCKLAND, May 31. At the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court Henry Murray was found guilty of perjury in the Magistrate’s Court hearing of case iu which ho was defendant. Six months’ imprisonment was imposed. In the case, of William Gordon, found guilty of perjury on the previous day, Ilis Honour reserved points of law to fhe Appeal Court, and admitted accused to bail.
