NEW ZEALAND TELEGRAMS.
(Per Pbtss Abbophtiov.) DUNEDIX. Nov. 30. James Edward Morgan, aged 20, on five charges of theft from the Postal Department in Oamaru, came before Mr Justice Sim for sentence this morning and was ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for a period not exceeding three years.
