Alarming rumours have reached the Government that Villa contemplates joining the new President Carbajal against Carranza. It is stated that Mexico City is threatened with mutiny and brigandage. ACCUSATIONS AGAINST HUERTA. Received July 25, 10.55 a.m. MEXICO CITY, July 24. Placards are posted throughout ih» city accusing Huerta of the murder of his successor, Madero and Suarez, and suggesting that he ought to be extradited and tried for the crimes.
