LABOURITES CAPTURE EXPREMIER'S SEAT. (Bx Kuovaio TtoMlar*-Consult.) - i Pis Pstsi Assocutiom.) Received July 24, 10.55 a.m. MELBOURNE, July 23. The by-election at Eseenden. made necessary through ex-Premier Watt's resignation, resulted:-Blackburn (Labour), 8665; Martell (Liberal), 7619. At the previous election the Liberals won by a majority of 2147.
