Th.» Cliiof Justice gave judgment to-day in the matter of an application under tho Family Protection Act, 1903, i>y Sarah Green, willow of James Green, a bootmaker of Martinborough. Testator loft propeny Taluod at £6798 and hi* widow received property valued at £568 and tlir> 'ise of a house. Tlk> Court decided that this lrevision was inadequate and considered tho widow should got about £IOOO from tho estate to enable her to obtain au income of perhaps £1 a week by investing it. The Judge orderetl her to get £2OO out .if tho eon's share and £IOO from each daughter. Ho also allowed hor ten guineas costs.
