WANG AN VI, Sept. 5. At the Supreme Court to-day R. Council proceeded against Mawao Tauri claiming £5Ol damages. The case arose out of a collision which took place on June 16th, when Connon was cycling to Castlecliff to see the warship New Zealand, and Tauri wan motoring to town from tho Heads.

Plaintiff said he was a single man. and supported his mother. He could remember cycling past the hospital, but he could remember nothing that occurred afterwards, as his mind was a blank as to the accident, the injuries to his head being responsible for the loss of memory.
