Mr Sulzer, the State Governor, who was officiallv suspended on charges of fraud, but refused to give up office, ordered the pardon of a prisoner accused of wrecking a bank. A Supreme Court judge thereupon ordered the production of accused in Court on a given date. It is understood that the question of the impeachment of Mr Sulzer is likclv thus to be brought to a head. The steamer Aldenham. while manoeuvring, crashed into the steamer Hobart. >vhich was moored at the wharf. Three of tlie Hobart* s plates were stove in. the hole eight feet souare, being partly filled by the Aldenham's bow. The Hobart was •truck well above the water line. SYDNEY, Sept. 3.
