(London Times.—Sydney Sun Special.) Received September 4. 9.0 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 3. In the early morning a inob in Dublin extinguished the street lamps and defied the authorities. Windows were smashed wholesale and the streets were strewn with debris. A lancer riding to the Castle was stoned from a side at feet, and had to gal-* lop to escape the fusilade. Employers in the coal trade have retaliated by locking out a thousand unionists. No coal is being delivered. Received September 4. 11.15 a.m. LONDON. Sept 3. Larkin, leader of the transport strikers, has been remanded without boil.
