At the invitation of the Rangitikei Defence Rifle Club tbe Sandon-Ohakea Club participated in the final 6hoot of the season, which resulted as follows: 300 yds.—A. Brown, Rangitikei R. 0., 33, 1; F, Simpson, Rangitikei R. 0., 33, 2, 500yds.—W. A. Lumsden, SandonOhakea, 34; 1; W. Monks, Rangitikei, 33, 2. 600yds.—Strode-Penny, Sandon-Oha-kea, 33, 1; C. Broughton, Rangitikei, 32,2. .•.■-■'■■ 700vds.—Stro'de-Penny, Sandon-Oha-kea, 33, 1; F. Simpson, 30, 2. The Rangitikei Defence Rifle Club's trophy for the highest aggregate in matches 1,2, 3 and 4, was won by F. Simpson'with'l27. Mr Monk's special prize for aggregate in matches No's. 2, 3 and 4 was won by W. Monk 100. C, Broughton annexed tbe Levin Cup, Mr W. B. Clark's trophy, Mr. G. Clark's trophy, and Mr S. W. Smith's trophy. Mr Mercer's rose bowl was won by "W. F. Clark, and-Mr A. Brown's trophy by G. Clark.
