SPECIAL ORDER, MOT ICE is hereby given that the 1 following Special Order was passed at a Special Meeting of tlio Council on the Bth August, 1911, viz.: "In pursuance and exercise of tlio powers vested in it in that behalf by the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Kairanga- County Coun., nil hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges ou a loan of nine hundred and fifty pounds (£950) authorised to be raised by the Kairanga County Council under the above-mention-ed Act for the purpose of surveying, forming, bridging, adverting and metalling roads in sections 371 and 372, Block IV., Gorge Survey District, the said Kairanga County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of two pence and eleven-twentieth's of a penny in the pound upon the unimproved value of all rateable property of the Special Rating Area, comprising sections 371, 372 and 373, Block IV., Gorge Survey District,
