King George, Queen Mary, Queen Alexandra, < the Prince of Wales, and other Royalties,, members of the household, and personal frionds attended a private memorial service to King Edward at Windsor. Guns were fired in honour of King George. , Sir Josoph and Lady Ward proceeded to Windsor and laid a wreath on thetomb of King Edward, inscribed "In loving memory of the universally beloved peacemaker of tho world, our late lamented Sovereign,. King Edward, from the people of' New Zealand.
