(Pjb Pbbbß Abbociation.i Received May 8, 9 a.m. LONDON, May I In the Houndsditch case the police admitted that Goldstein on November 19 signed as Mourin a receipt for £3l puid in pursuance of a telegram from Russia. Counsel for tho defenco criticised the police for withholding tho fact until now. The Superintendent replied that ho did not consider tho matter material.
