Judge Hoydon, in imposing fines on the Carcoar strikers, .said lie. hated his jurisdiction requiring the imposing; of penalties on men who, except for these breaches of industrial law, were thoroughly decent and respectful, lie was sure if the Union's only formed among themselves a resolution that there should be no strikes their members, however dissatisfied, could bo restrained by Hie Unions, which were really the responsible bodies for the breaches.
