NOXIOUS WEEDS. THE attention of owners and occupiers of land is directed to Sections 9 and 10 of "The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908," which make it compulsory to clear noxious weeds. Section 9 provides that the weeds shall -be cleared so as to prevent them flowering. Any person allowing weeds to flower commits an offence, and is liable to prosecution without further notice. W.
