ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.
(Peb Fbess Association. ) WELLINGTON, Dec. 31. George Moorcroft, a tailor by trade, who on the 20th.December, after a drinking bout, attempted to commit suicide, first by cutting his wrist with a, knife, and then his throat with a razor, was before the Court to-day, charged with the offence. He was convicted and ordered to pay the medical expenses incurred.
