HONORARIUM FOR COMMONERS.
£500 PER ANNUM,

The Times , Labour correspondent states that the Government propose a honorarium of £500 to the Commoners, commencing with, the opening of the session. A Bill to that effect will bo passed immediately. Some of the Labour* members considered £500 excessive, and. would prefer £400. '■■:
