She now believes it was an. ex-, plosion. The police believe in, the existence of other explosive factories in secluded parts of the East End. The detectives are satisfied that the Houndsditch burglary perpetrators are an association of Anarchists of the various European capitals. It is significant that the Anarchists mentioned in the captured correspondence have disappeared from their usual haunts.
