CYCEONE DEMOLISHES BUILDINGS

At Richmond a cyclone almost demolished. the Roman Catholic Church,. two hotels 'and the railway buildings. Nearly all the buildings in the town were damaged -.>■ ■A' truck was driven along, the Jine. It ; smashed another and was lifted bodily off the rails. :- ; v . •HAILSTONES EXTRAORDINARY. Received November 8, 9.50 a.m, - PERTH, Nov. 8.- • A disastrous hailstorm occurred _at Yunda Mindera. Jagged pieces of ice killed fowls and' smaller animals, stripped the tree® of their foliage, broke windows and caused other damage to property. FLOCK OF SHEEP IMMOLATED. SYDNEY, Nov. 8. During a storm at Singleton a flock of sheep rushed into a deep' gully and were piled up in a heap and smothered. Only eight were saved..
