Weights for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. \ Acceptances for second day's races close with the secretary at 'the Club's! rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening; of the '"first day's races. CONDITIONS. Races 4, 6 and 8 on each day are open to all horses. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes.Entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or Post Office' order. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—-The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights (if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs • penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra. If handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races. —The winner of anv hurdle race' after declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle, race, or two or more hurdle races 211bs penalty. Telegraph Office closes at 8 p.m. E.
