CONDITIONS. Races 4, 6 and 8 on each day are open to all horses. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes.Entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or Post Office' order. PENALTIES. Flat Races.—-The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights (if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry lOlbs • penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra. If handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over to carry only half the above penalties.
