A CLUE DISCOVERED. GENERAL OTIS ARRESTED FOR LIBEL. (Br Eleotbio Telegraph—Copybight.) (PER I-RKBS ASSOCIATION.) Received October 6, 9 a.m. ■ NEW YORK, Oct. 5. The Los Angolos police announce the discovery of a clue to the dynamitards. General Otis and Chanler have been arrested on a charge of criminally libelling the Labour leader. The alleged libel was published a week ago. &> General'Otis while under arrest attended the funeral of the stenographer who received the dictation of the libellous article. The stenographer died in the explosion. A launch, which it ie believed carried the dynamite into Los Angelos, has been found in Oakland estuary.
