Shares as follows Australian Mortgage Co. £101, Australian and Now Zealand Mortgage Co. £100; Dalgety's shares £51 2s-6d, debentures £101. A pilot boat capsized at Cape Frehel and ten persons wero drowned. PARIS, April 12. Tho tramwaymen and employees at several factories have struck at Marseilles and traffic was suspended all morning, but a few trams ran in the afternoon under police protection. The strike committee state that 18.000 men -are out, including the stoker* of three steam liners.
