MELBOURNE .CONSPIRACY CASE.
ROBERT HAEEER ACQUITTED. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) i (Per Press Association.) MELBOURNE, April 11. The Bench found there was not sir'licient evidence against Robert Harper, and discharged him. The bench considered that there was suffice it evidence against the other five idefendants to warrant a committal, tut they would have the opportunity to bring further evidence in their favour.
