Received April 12, 8.50 a.m. A wealthy anonymous philanthropist has placed at the disposal of prominent officials of the British Dental Association £200,000 on philanthropic terms to establish institutions in London and the provinces for bringing the services of skilled dentists within the reach of the lower middle and poorer classes willing to pay moderate charges adjusted to their means. He requires a return of 5 per cent, on his money.
