STOCK REPORTS. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on their Fcilding sale as follows:—At Feilding on Friday there was a good attendance of buyers, including a number from outside districts. We had a good entry of sheep and cattle, and have to report a good demand for all classes. All the sheep were quitted at prices in favour of the vendors, and very few cattle were turned out unsold. Yoiing cattle and fats were keenly sought after. We quote:—Cull lambs 3s 6d to 3s lid, store lambs 6s 10d to 7s 4d, ewe lambs 10s 3d to 10s 9d, cull ewes 5s 4d, store ewes 8s 9d, good breeding ewes 11s 9d to 12s Id, fat ewes 11s, weaners 28s to 29s 6d, heifers in calf £3 17s 6d to £4 2s 6d, 18-months steers (bad colours) £2 Bs, 2-year steers (bad colours) £3 7s 6d, 3-year steers £5 ss, light fat bullocks £7 7s, dairy cows £5. Abraham and Williams, Ltd.. report as follows:—At Shannon on Friday we had a large yarding of sheep, every pen beins full. Buyers for forward owes were not in evidence, but all other lots changed hands at prices on a par with otner centres. A fair yarding of cattle sold well, all lots changing hands. A small verdiri"- of pigs showed a sharp rise in prices, and the whole yarding was sold under the . hammer. We quote :—l< orw.ard ewes 8s 4d, 2-th ewes (small) 11s 4d. Tat sheep (light) 12s 9d. woolly ewe lambs 10s 6cl. store ewes 3s 2d, 4s 4d, 4s 7d ro 7s 2d, store lambs 5s 10d to 6s 4d. springing heifers £5 2s 6d. heifers in calf £3 9s, springing cows £415s to £5. fat cows £4 3s to £4 12s to £5 10s forward cows £3 2s. £3 12s 6d, to £4' mixed weaners 31s to 345, cows ana calves £4 7s, bulls 32s 6d to £2 ss, baconers 335, porkers 21s, 255. to 2/s 6d. stores 16s to 17s, slips 8s 6d, weaners 6s od.
