SEEN IN AUSTRALIA.. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) MELBOURNE, April 8. Halley's. Comet was seen for the first time this morning. • It rises for a few minutes, the sun's glare at the breaking of the day making observations impossible.
