A BANK FAILS.
/By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) Received April 8, 9.25 a.m. NEW YORK, April 7. The Borough Bank of Brooklyn, with deposits of over two million dollars, has suspended payment. The Bank's assets arc stated to be ample to meet liabilities.
