A SOLAR OBSERVATORY.
AT THE FEDERAL CAPITAL.

Tho first official building it is proposed to be erected at the Federal capital site is an observatory on Mount Strongbow, 2600 feet above sea level. The Government is considering the erection of a temporary observatory, pending the completion of the permanent building.
